I have to choose between two interviews to go to, of which one of them is with GSK. I can't choose both as they are on the same day and neither can be changed. I would be very grateful if someone, preferably with first hand experience, could tell me what it is like to be a graduate in a large corporation like GSK and whether it is truly a rewarding experience or is it better to work for a smaller company with only a national presence?

I am an Employment Consultant in NC. GSK's HQ is in the area. If you accept employment w/ GSK, you risk being unemployed again in a short matter of time. GSK is know for restructuring and laying off lots of people at a time. On the bright side, if you can survive your first two years there, its likely that you will stay
