It is a Master Degree in Business Administration. I have one and the education I recieved from it helped me to understand the in and out of the business world better that many of my associates. It also allows my bigger salary.

because the extra two years of education distinguishes you as an employee it always will open management positions especially if you have some specialization in other fields. both of my parents received M.B.A.s and there career would not be nearly as far if they had not received one
