Macaroni and cheese mixed with collard greens 'n hotsause. That's technically 2 1/2 I guess, but Chinese food has about 35 different food items in it, from chihuahua to MSG. They can cook some mean chihuahua, though...

Eggs. I read somewhere that they provide much needed nutrition and would sustain someone better than any other single food.
If I could pick a prepared food category, I would probably pick sandwiches, because there is nothing like a good sandwich :)
