hey am surprised every1 is sayin no!!! i agree it MAY not exist. but by an extreme small fraction of probability it mayb possible. say about 1/10000000000th. tats a very very unlikely thing to happen but it jus may tat thru exchangin n cross-exchangin a perfect combination is created.

No, what constitutes a 'good' gene is entirely subjective.
It's not like you can max out your strength gene at 100% like in some video game. Many people are diabetic, which is considered a flaw. But for a nomadic people this can be a benefit.

I would say no. Humans are made up of many genes, so one perfect gene of the many wouldn't mean anything, because the other genes may be messed up.
