It des'nt matter what time I go to bed a still wake up tired. What can I do?

You MAY be low on iron and not drinking enough water. Have you asked your doctor about this? More than likely you need an iron supplement and an increase in ounces of water you drink each day, but have your doctor confirm. Give your doctor a call and let him/her know...

That is just how it is. You should take the iron pills from the doctor. Ask them they will give you a prescription for it. I was tired from 21 weeks on and I took iron pills and exercised.

I was sleepy ALL THE TIME....and i had to live on sugar and sprite because i was so sick that was all i could keep down...the oonly think that would help me wake up is to go swimming the water was cold so it help me wake up

Because your body and your baby need the rest and your boby knows this. I slept ALL the time when I was pregnant and let me tell you SLEEP NOW cuz you wont be able to later!

Pregnancy is draining. You're supporting a whole life inside of you and that takes energy. Don't worry so much but if you are then talk to your doctor about it.

with my first baby i did the same thing all i wanted to do is sleep all the time . maybe u are having a boy ,
