Out of the choices that you have given, I am going to have to go with the Indiana Jones movies. But I also love the LOTR movies and the old school Star Wars movies (Empire Strikes Back ftw). The new Star Wars movies sucks, except for Episode 3 it was okay.

Usuallyy, I hate sequels but...
Aliens was as great as Alien.
T2 was even better than Terminator.
Lethal Weapon 2 was funnier and less dark than Lethal Weapon.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (third one) was better than Raiders of the Lost Ark (first) - the second one was one of the worst flicks I've ever seen.

Out of your suggestions, I'd say Indiana Jones. Though, I preferred the third one in the trilogy, The Last Crusade, the best.

I'm trying to think of sequels that beat the original...
Empire Strikes Back
Superman II
Alien II
Star Trek: Wrath of Khan
The Lord of the Rings (I liked all three actually, especially when you compare them to anything that they tried to do with that series before.)
