Now I know Dirge of Cerberus will be running on PSP (PSP 1 ,2 ,3) but will it be releasing in Windows or Apple?

Nope, just PSP.
I haven't gotten any news about plans on it being released for the PC or Mac.

Yeah, all the websites I've checked out say it is only on PS2. Since it is kind of crossing over into new territory (shooter rather than an rpg) I'm sure it is going to be extremely glitchy. I'm also sure that once they have some time to see how well it is doing on PS2 it will almost definately be transfered onto the PSP since it will make them more money. And we all know how corporations are with that making money thing! Teehee. Even if it is glitchy and does suck, it has to be better than any of the new Sonic games that have come out so I'll be more than willing to buy it. :D

Dirge of Cerberus will only be on PS2, not PSP. Also, there is only one PSP there will be 3 non-portable PlayStations this november.

? Oh, it's on PS2. And it has been getting a lot of bad press lately, it has bad camera angles and crappy controls. EGM says that the only good thing about it is the cutscenes.
