I think you mean right-of-way, oh Grand Pooh-Bah of optimistical mysticism.
All of them do; therefore, the accident would be exquisite.
The cop could write up everyone, the ambulance drive could treat the wounded, the fire truck could stop the cars from being in flames, and the postal carrier could mail all of their legal actions against each other to all the attorneys.

Assuming that there were NO sirons blowing and lights flashing, the person on the right(regardless of who) would have the right of way.. If the ambulance was flashing.. the fire truck was flashing and a police car was flashing, the ambulance would have the right of way

There are two answers. The one who was the first at the corner goes first but if that cannot be determand than the mail truck goes first.

I'm hoping for the ambulance or fire truck, but i bet the correct answer depends on state law - so it would vary by state.

ambulance.
fire truck can wait (fire ain't going anywhere)
police (can follow or just sit there and wait for one to run the stop sign and hand out a ticket (BASTARDS!!!!!!)
mail truck (please, you're lucky if you can get mail to do anything at a stop sign, that is of course, get you your mail on time)

The mail truck goes first. He is federal and is above them all.

This is a little known fact apparently, but laws dating back to when the postal service consisted of horses gave the postal service the right of way in all situations. I doubt that today the postal service vehicle would take advantage of that priority of service though.
