How do you catch a feebass in Pokemon Ruby my son does not know how to catch one.?

He is usually by Fortree city

Feebass are found to the left of Fortree city. There are several spots where it says it's found that depends on the catch phrase the people say in the city where your second gym badge is found. I do not know exactly where it is from the phrases. I have never caught one myself.

firedragoon's right and use a super rod to catch it and max out it's beauty by giving it blue/indigo pokeblocks so it can evolve into
a milotic. goold luck :)
