The question could have two answers...
if you mean 'submit' as the bible says a husband is to submit to his wife (meaning dedicate his life to her welfare and security)..then YES!
Or did you mean submissive as letting the woman take the lead or "wear the pants in the family.?" NO! The husband is to be the leader/head of the house. If he is not, I presume him to be feminine in nature. I would question a man who lets his wife "rule the roost" as it were.

second, married women )a lot of the time) already have a submissive man in the bedroom...its called "honey im tired, you want it...com n get it" iv heard lots of women complain about being the one to anitiate sex all the time...however...it al depends on the mood

For me, NOPE as I prefer a man who has his own decisions and of course not overboard. At least he occassionally will follow and listen to my advises and suggestions. Too submissibe men will only bring bore and no communication among husband and wife.

You can't "broad brush" this kind of statement. That's like saying that everybody likes to drive pale blue ford mustangs. Of course we know that to be false since we see many people driving many different types of cars.
