the fat around the sides is around my curvy area and comes out when i wear tight tops it really worries me an i will also like to know how to get rid of stretch marks

Sorry to break it to ya hun, but you do have to work out, cuz if you only diet, you will still see the flab. Just do basic crunches and sit-ups while u watch t.v. or something, so that way it wont feel so much like you really working out, but in reality you are. Since it is summer time, go soak up the sun and go out for a nice walk or run. Walk the mall for instance. Things done in activity using your body, mostly your turso, will reduce the bulge in that area. If you are interested in sports, go for volleyball or tennis, those are really great for toning your body and they are fun to do.

Eat less carbs. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, and no bread. You cannot get rid of stretch marks, but they will gradually lighten. Also, you should probably exercise a little if you want to lose that fat, and make it stay off.

it's nearly impossible to get rid of it without exercise or surgery. I will tell you, I was anorexic for 2 years of my teenage life and I had lost 70 pounds off of my 5'5 frame and I ALWAYS ALWAYS had a pooch, which was bizarre and scary. That is where women naturally store fat and it is the LAST to go if you are starving yourself. I met girls at the hospital that had to be in wheelchairs before that fat went off. Without the right genetics and the right diet and exercise, you won't get it off. My family tends to keep fat there - look at your mother, grandmother and aunts or great aunts. Where is the fat on them? If its in their thighs, stomach, or butt you'll gather fat in the middle as well. It's impossible to avoid it with age because your genetics dictate what you will become. Unless you want to get expensive surgery and risk your life on the table and risk side effects and weird post-surgery effects like fat lumps and rolls in odd places - - or unless you want to make yourself mentally ill because of your self consciousness and lose years of your life and your joy and freedom to insanity - - you will not get rid of it.

Try to eat a healthier diet, see a nutritionist and a trainer and try to see what you can get accomplished.

First, stop eating fries. eat anything else but fries. Next, use a girdle everynight. one that goes from below your chest to below the abdomen. Then, Try not to drink so much fluids. don't stop drinking but dont drink so much. when i do that it works

You can not have a six pack with out excercise but you can get rid of the fat with out it. i've done it.
