Im 13 and i need a job!! I dont know what i can do, im good with kids and horses. Where i ride they dont pay you just deduct a small price from your lesson for cleaning stalls. And because i lease a pony and im looking for a horse i need a job! What should i do??

unless its from you're family, doing any task for money is illegal (child labor laws) you have to wait until you're fourteen

Well there is babysitting. Technically you cannot get an actual job until you are fourteen because of child labor laws. They forbid employers from hiring anyone under that age, but there are certain things you can do:
-babysitting
-newspaper route
-acting
-yard work
-working for your parents in a private buisness
-dog walking
-Using special talents you have to help people

It has been my experience that you need to have your parents permission to work. Instead of going out and getting a job, you should maybe do some babysitting on the weekends and maybe some weeknights (make sure to do your homework after the kids have gone to sleep). Otherwise, I would try asking your parents for help.

You are saying you need a job now but wait until you get one you will not say that any more. You are still young just stay a kid a long as you can.. And one day you will have a sucessful job that pays alot of money..

When I was your age I babysat my nieces and nephews and and other children for money. If your neighbors can trust you then go around your neighborhood and ask if anyone needs a babysitter and also volunteer to clean their houses while you babysit for an extra fee. If you don't want to go door to door, put up flyers and see how well that works.

Ask your parents for chores to do that they can pay you a little bit of money for. You are just 13 so it is not going to be easy getting a job till you are older.

When I was your age I really wanted a job. So what I did was babysat and cleaned houses for rich people! They will pay you cash and a lot of it.

You really can't have a real job at your age. babysitting is your best bet. You have to be 16 to get a real job. Sorry Girl!

you can do baby sittin, help in dustin house n cleanin gardens.u can do newspaper vendering.thts wat 13 yr olda can do.if u are capable u can even take tutions..only if u can.best of luck my fren.hope u get a job tht gets u enough pocketmoney...
