And also, how do i shrink my boobs, and if any guy is going to answer the bigger the better, ur not the one carrying around two size D everywhere u go, and it truly is painful!!! without surgery!!!

i do exercise, and i have changed my exercies routines so my body doesnt stop responding to exercise.

ok, i exercise, i only drink water, i dont snack on junk, i eat salads and fruits, i dont eat bread or potatoes or pasta, and once again i exercise.

There is no healthy way to lose a lot of weight over a very short period of time.

The best, healthiest way to get in better shape is to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. This can mean, jogging, riding your bike, doing aerobics, lifting weights, or anything else that gets you moving and your heart pumping.

Don't worry about what you eat. If you are getting enough exercise, your body will start to crave healthier foods, and if you listen to your body's cravings, you will get all the vitamins, minerals, and other substances you need. You will start to be hungrier all the time if you are getting more exercise - remember that eating more doesn't mean gaining more weight, as your body is using the materials you ingest. And eating sweets and fried food will not kill you, as long as you are eating enough healthy food as well.

Definitely stay away from things like diets and diet pills. These are very bad for you and will only do tremendous harm in the long run; not to mention that 99% of the time you destroy your body's metabolism, and end up gaining a lot of weight in the end. Also, keep in mind that the number on the scale is meaningless - as you get into better shape and build muscle, you will actually gain weight, because muscle weighs more than fat. Pay attention to the way you look and feel, and throw the scale out the window because it is useless.

As far as making your breasts smaller, this is difficult. I know one girl who managed to get hers down nearly a cup size by doing lots of exercise that stimulates the chest muscles. As the muscles under the breasts grow, they feet off of the fat in the breasts and they shrink. This will only do so much good, however, as your body tends to try to keep them at a certain size on its own.

Try talking to your doctor for further help, and see if s/he has any other suggestions for you. Good luck!

Ok so the best think to do to accomplish your goal is simply watch what you eat. You must burn more calories than you take in. You need to cut 3500 calories in a week to lose one pound. Ideally you would cut the calories you eat by 250 and exercise to burn 250 equaling 500 calories cut a day times 7 that equals 3500 and there goes a pound. You don't really want to lose more than 1 -2 pounds a week, that is healthy! As for shrinking the boobs, well losing weight will cause a bit of shrinkage in the boobs but probably not enough (I know, I have the same problem). The best think is to either live with it or have a breast reduction. There is a really helpful website you can check out for the weight loss, it worked for me! www.calorie-count.com

You simply have to create a caloric deficiency by burning more calories than you intake (I'm sure you know this). One pound is approximately 3,500 calories, so you need to burn 35,000 excess calories in two weeks.

This can be done, but it wouldn't be the safest or healthiest way to go. Your body will burn (your weight + a zero at the end ex. 150 lbs. you will burn approx. 1500 calories) at rest everyday. So here is a simple plan:

Try to keep your daily meals (4) under the 1500 calories
Run on the treadmill or eliptical twice a day for 45 minutes and you should burn 700-800 calories and these should be deficient calories for you. Doing the math, you would loose 3-4 lbs. in 2 weeks. You can tweak this plan abit and maybe lose more weight depending on your tenacity.

Sorry if that isn't what you want to hear.....but it's hard to lose weight.

Losing 5 pounds in two weeks can be reasonable. I would start by writing down everything you eat. Sometimes we don't realize what we actually consume each day, and just by writing everything down, we are likely to be more careful. I would begin drinking more water. In fact, try replacing all your beverages with water.
If you have access to a gym, see if it has personal trainers. A trainer can teach you what to do to target specific parts of your body. In the meantime, find a good bra. Go to Victoria's Secret and have an associate give you a bra fitting (most women wear the wrong size bra)and introduce you to their most supportive bras.
You may also want to consider surgery. If you have back problems or other problems caused by your chest, surgery is often covered by insurance.

cut out caffine, refined sugar and refined flour & pasta,,,not a fad diet, those things are not good for you. change of lifestyle. boobs may shrink first anyway but if not there may be an herb (there is one to grow them ~saw palmetto) altho i was informed that some women when they get older their boobs grow a bit. also drink more water...ex. if you weigh 140 drink 70 oz of water a day. also if you eat a small bit every couple hours to keep your blood sugar stable your body wont hold on to the fat so easy. also try 2/3 cup Plain yogurt upon waking and before bedtime, may add some cinnamon

Just eat less food and less junk food. Stay away from fast food, unless its salads, and exercise more. Walk, swim, play tennis, jog, whatever you like.
As far as shrinking your boobs, only surgery can do that. I also am very large in that area. I've lost lots of weight, but the boobs don't go. And men don't always like the large ones.

heap on the fruits and the vegies, slow down a the junk food, and for heavens sake get moving- the more you do, the less energy that you input will be stored as fat. moral of the story: if you intake 2000 calories in a day, and burn more than that, you will lose wieght- you have to make up that energy deficit from somewhere in your body- namely fat- that's what it's there for. oh, drink lots of water too! breast size is mainly fat, so the more fat you burn, the smaller your breasts should become. they're actually one of the primary places your body will take fat from for usage. But this will only really be noticeable if you stick with it!!

Best diet I ever went on was my cigarette and coffee diet. I was doing construction at the time. I would wake up at 6:30 am, only eat a buttered roll or bagel in the morning. The rest of the day it would be coffee and cigarettes (mmmm). in the beginning of the summer i was 220, by late september, I was down to 165. not the healthiest diet, but it worked.

Your breasts will shrink as your body fat decreases, but you have to get it REALLY low, like body builder low.

I would suggest getting better, more supportive bras for your breasts. Any good department store, like Nordstrom's, will have clerks who will do a measurement and be able to point out bras that are more shoulder-supportive than back supportive, which is probably something you're looking for.

As for losing five pounds in two weeks, that's not too very difficult. Just do a lot of exercise, switch away from soda to water, cut back on juices (since they have a lot of sugar in them) or go to low-sugar or all-natural juices (like juicy juice).

Try to focus on doing cardio exercises rather than lifting.

Here's a simple rule, which is proven to work.

Shut your mouth and don't open it again for two weeks. You will loose weight.

Stop eating everything in front of you, unless you want tobe called a pig or a human garbage can.

Buy a book on self hypnosis to learn how to change your mind about how you look at food, if you were not interested in food, then you would not care about eating every meals, skip some meals.
