I'm no professional, but I can tell you this:
Any condom that's questionable is not a condom you should use.
If there's even a small chance that the washing machine ruined the integrity of the condom, you're playing with fire.
Think of it this way:
Is saving money by not buying a new pack of condoms worth an STD or unwanted pregnancy?
Just toss 'em and buy new ones. Better safe than sorry, especially when you're talking about possible STDs or pregnancies.

you best bet is just to throw them out, protection is one thing you shouldn't take chances with. the water could get through the package and dilute the lubrication or spermicide, or even increase the chance of the condom tearing. where as the chances of this happening are small...even a small chance is not worth taking.

Condoms are not expensive.
Or even free from family planning centres.
The condoms will not be at their best givin the heat of the wash.

don't use them.
the rubber might have been worn out and became weaker even though the outside package didn't pop.
remember that u are talking about buying new condom (very cheap) vs. shattering you life and paying alimony...

I wouldn't use them. The heat/cold in the washing machine could've damaged the rubber.

Throw them out! I would not like to find out if they are safe or not...don't try it. Same thing happened with my uncles and they also went through the dryer...so i stole them from dryer...so he wouldn't use them or try them out. If I were you i would call and ask the company if you have any Questions...there is a number to call.
