take her for a girls day out. Take her to a spa. Have a facial and a pedicure. Then go for a movie of her choice. Buy 2 medium popcorn and drinks. After the movie take out to a buffet.

Take her a movie. Monster House, Lady in the Water, POTC 2 ect.
Or if she really gets on your nerves lock in a room with a TV and tell her she can come down after watching the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Hehe. 10 hours of peace and quiet.

She probably just wants to be like you, seeing as how she is a pre-teen and you are older. Try letting her do some of the things you do. But if your trying to get her out of your hair then try taking her to the movies w/ her friends or the mall.
