how long can i hold my wee in before i burst?

ive gone two hours now and my balls feel like they wanna explode, i tell you its starting to hurt.

depends on how much you had to drink (and what it was) and the weather (your bladder shrinks in cold weather).

why ask this question? are you too lazy to do an experiment?
all you have to do is drink as much as you can and then wait until you piss yourself.. then let us know.. go on, you know you want to!

Actually deliberately holding yur wee in can be dangerous... you may think that in the end you will "burst" in the sense of just peeing yourself but it has been known for someone's bladder to burst instead.

The famous astronomer Tycho Brahe died like this. To quote from the Darwin Awards website:-

"Tycho Brahe, a sixteenth-century Danish astronomer whose research helped Sir Isaac Newton devise the theory of gravity, died because he didn't make it to the bathroom in time. In that society it was considered an insult to leave the table before the banquet was over. Too polite to ask to be excused, he instead allowed his bladder to burst, which killed him slowly and painfully over the next eleven days"

The average capacity of an adult bladder is 500ml, but you'll feel the need to pee when it has about 200ml of urine in it. So it depends on if you're drinking much at the time, and whether you're perspiring a lot.

You won't burst though.. you'll probably just pee yourself.

well, you won't burst, you will just :
1) not be able to pee after holding for excessively long periods of time
2) go into renal failure as your kidneys try to cope with the urine that they're still producing, but your not excreting.

most likely you can hold for a day, maybe two, and your body will find a way to relieve itself- maybe while you sleep

I don't think it is actually possible to burst...although I've never researched that. If you are hurting then it's a sign that you are completely full......GO TO THE BATHROOM! From what I'm told, holding it in can actually cause harm to your insides.

ah i used to love doing that until a nurse girlfriend told me it increased the risk of urinary infection.

But go and sit in the sun/go for a run, anything that makes you sweat is good. But dont run too far or you really have to piss. Good luck!
