It'll be the same diameter as when you put it in...
microwaves work by (in simple terms) jiggling the liquid molecule really fast with a high powered radio signal so that they heat up.
The minimal amount of liquid materials in a football won't heat or expand significantly.
Test it, put glass into your micro - even after a couple of minutes it won't be hot....however using an effectively empty microwave wouldn't be very good for the machine!!
And....you're all out of marbles.

after thirteen seconds your ball would have gone pop so answer is zero diameter answer two if you never gained or lost your marbles then the answer would have to be the same as the number you started out with
