I have IE 7 and BT Broadband but deleted the Bt browser, now it won't install from the disk or download. On startup I get this message 'The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFilenameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPII.DLL

I've uninstalled IE and reinstalled it, tried different versions of IE. BT Browser does not work with Firefox, and my system restore does not work either but thats a different problem. It will not install from the CD even though the install procedure says it has. I must have deleted something but what?

This means the download was bad and there were some losses.

Un-install, download afresh and re-install.

This time around, it should work.

Cheers!

PS,
forgot to tell you, IE 7 is a Beta [Test] version which is not very well known for it's stability. Un-install and go back to the stable version; before you download BT again, to avoid having the same problem.

BT browswer is basically MS Internet browser and you should have a CD maybe to reinstall from that

IE v 7 Beta 2 is pretty stable I have had no real problems may Beta 1 had issues

Have you tried system restore in you system tools. Restore back to the day before you deleted it and it should restore it. I use it to put back somethings I lose, Have never lost any files using it. Good Luck.
