Use regardless instead.

I do NOT. And it is a pet peeve of mine. Folks just don't know better. I also get peeved when people say "orientated". Oriented, okay. Orientated? Why make life harder and add all those syllables!?!

in newfoundland it is quite common to hear people say irrigardless , it simply means "it doesn't really matter "
