the UN is worthless. they didn't live up to their bargain 15-20 years ago when they would send in their own troops (after passing a huge resolution) so israel could take their's out of lebanon as well as keep watch on hezbollah. why would the UN do anything now?

In the first place the UN cannot demand a ceasefire; it cannot impose anything without compliance from both sides - Israel, Hezbollah. To ensure that both sides observe a ceasefire, the UN will have to station its peacekeepers at the Israel-Lebanon border. Since Lebanon have made repeated pleas for cessation of hostilities, UNIFIL will oblige.

It should be Lebanon, but not representing Hezbollah.
Israel has been fighting Hezbollah on Lebanese soil and is about to invade Lebanon. So I would say the name you mean to have as an answer is Lebanon.
P.S. Israel is not firing against Iran, Syria or any other Country other than Lebanon.( yet )

Interesting question. Although members of hezbollah sit on the cabinet of the lebanese government, lebanon will not say they are representing their country.

None.
Hezbollah recognizes no other authority than their own twisted thinking.
While they are Lebonese, they get their funding from Syria and Iran. They have no other cause than the destruction of Israel in particular and Jews in general.
They will kill you even if you are a Lebonese Muslim, provided you stand in their way.

Lebanon. Hezbollah hold political seats in the government of Lebanon. Not that it will matter. Israel will do what it wants to do just like the US does.

There will be no ceasefire, this is the beginning of WWIII. By that I mean it has already started. We have reached the point of no return.
