Hi i'm running windows xp, and am using the latest acroreader for my palm z22. I already activated it as a reader, now when i use the adobe desktop to my ebooks to my palm i get eithor error "encrypted iby a format not supported", or "ebook.pdf is not a supported file" I'm beginning to think this adobe reader for palm is a joke?--Helpl greatly appreciated!

Try installing it one more time, sounds like the file association did not take to let your palm know to use adobe to open files with a PDF extension...

check to make sure it is not a pdb. A pdb uses eReader.
