Any Stephen King novel has a twist to it and can highly recommend his books.
Most disappointing twist was "Hannibal" by Thomas Harris where Clarice Starling, the FBI Agent that was pursining him in "Silence of the Lambs" ends up hooking up with him in "Hannibal" ...very creepy twist!

not a book, but a film, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels had a good twist at the end. But the whole film is good anyway.

I agree with "Life of Pi". I read that about two years ago and STILL can't figure out what happend. One of my favorite books with a twist is "Odd Thomas" by Dean Koontz. I am a HUGE Koontz fan and that is my favorite.
