hi there, try to use sunblock lotion or cream suitable for ur skin type..just last month, i went for a facial in a reputable clinic in malaysia, i was also informed that im starting to hav pigmentation in my face. it occurs in people who are frequently expose to sunlight from 10am onwards, apply sunblock lotion or cream. go to a reputable clinic for advise on which product or brand u can use. ow, the sunblock will somehow help minimize the appearance of more pigmentations, and protect ur skin..ask dermatologist on how to get rid ot ligthen up thos that are already there..good day

It is best to consult a dermatologist to evaluate your specific case.

Possibilities:
Bleaching agents: Hydroquinone, Lustra Bleach
Peels: Alpha Hydroxy, Beta Hydroxy, Retinyl

Laser is best used on fair, non-oily skin.
