Spending a little time reading what people have to say, answering questions if i feel i can help and generally getting to know real people i bump into quite often. OK i only know them by their cyber names but it's nice to talk to them, feel part of a community and a nice break from writing notes, reports and studying!

The point is to keep your mind filled with all sorts so if need be you can help someone out if necessary, plus keeps the mind busy instead of vegetating away your time.
