Certainly. Strawberries are natural fruits that have insects on them from time to time in the field. Just wash them carefully and then eat them.

Wash off the strawberries and enjoy them.
Before they are picked, strawberries and other fruits and veggies
have things crawling on them...this is nature doing nature's thing.
Before you eat them, they should always be washed, not only to
remove any critters, but also to remove any insecticides or other
chemicals that might be on the surface.

Yes, after all your strawberries (and all your other fruit and veg) came from a field crawling with insects, and if you don't see an insect on them when you buy them, it probably has had contact with some previously. Just wash your strawberries before you eat them, they will be fine.

Not the beetle i hope you mean! I would think that it should be ok, don't forget that as the strawberries grow they will be covered with these sorts of creatures, it's just that you don't see them. So go on, go for it?!
