the scariest movie i ever saw was the exorcist and i was pregnant on my middle son @ the time ,that was in 1970.

Candyman. But that might be because I saw it when I was 9 and that's really not the appropriate age for such a movie. But I refuse to watch movies like that even now that I am 23

I don't think I can narrow it down to one...
Halloween...because that song stays in my head when I hear it!
Alien...I like the Sigourney Weaver Alien movies, but the alien still freaks me out because of how it hides and seems to blend in...not to mention how they multiply!
Arachnophobia...because it's a real fear of a real living thing, and I HATE SPIDERS!!!!!
The Omen (original)...what is with that creepy sounding church choir music whenever things get intense in the movie...I hate the sound of choir that sounds terrified as a whole group!
Final Destination...I went to see that in the theaters, and the plane scene in the first movie happened. I couldn't watch the entire scene when the fire started, and was like, that's it...I'm never flying! I'll probably fly one day, but at the moment, that was my reaction.

Candy man and i would say final destination 1,2, and 3. oh yeah Freddy and Jason is kinda scary too. like i dont remember the movie that was the scariest from Freddy and Jason but it was the one when they bet or something who can kill more people. and Jason kills u in real life, and Freddy kills u in your dream. its weird and creepy.

I remember seeing towering inferno as a young kid and that night I woke up screaming my head off because I had a dream where all of my family were burning to death right in front of me and I was stuck to the floor!
