I've just searched lesson plans and come up with loads, put one site below as a taster for you. Of course you should use premade lesson plans if you need/want to. Especially in subjects you aren't so confident in. The entire National Numeracy and Literacy Strategy has pre set lessons that you can use. Your skill is in delivering the lesson, not spending hours re-writing lessons that someone else has already planned just so you can say you did it yourself. Teachers are far to busy for that.

It might be best to go to the website of the Exam board you're using, first. There you can get the course specification, so you at least know what you're supposed to be teaching. After that worry about your actual lesson plans.
