Dog...and no..there are too many traditional pets out there that need homes. Exotics should be allowed to live where they are supposed to.

My favorite animal is a Tiger. And no I would NEVER consider getting an exotic animal because I know it's wrong. I would never keep an animal as a pet, when I know it's supposed to be in the wild. That is just cruel. And that is the whole reason why we do have domesticated animals, so we can have them as pets, and and leave the wild and un-domesticated animals alone!

I love all animals, except domesticated cats. I would never own an exotic animal because like others have said, they belong in the wild.
My favorites would be dogs, and horses. My favorite wild (or exotic) animals are the big cats ... lions and tigers mostly. Wolves are another favorite of mine because they are so beautiful. I hate that farmers and ranchers are allowed to kill them when they get too close to livestock.

favorite animal is the giraffe..
horses are second fav, and I own 2 miniatures
would I consider getting an exotic pet?? NOPE - for the most part people who get exotics are lacking some sort of self esteme which they fulfil by having an exotic pet, the pets themselves do not benefit from this relationship at all....

I love cats, they're so independent and affectionate at the same time. I don't know about an exotic pet. In general, they're too expensive to care for properly, so I'd say no. But I really, really want a hawker's license, and a kestrel...

I'll stick with my cats because I find them interesting and beautiful and feel a deep affinity with them. I love crows and raptor birds, but they are wild animals who belong in their natural habitat. (I'd like to be reincarnated as a condor...flying high, gliding on the thermal winds, beholden to no one.)
I don't think exotic animals are appropriate as pets, except some reptiles for people who have the knowledge to take care of them properly and the correct environment for them.

I like raccoons! They maybe annoying, and they can be dangerous, but you just need to be carefull, keep your distance and watch them do they're part in nature. And I am sick of seeing dead raccoons in the side of he road. I've seen to many so I would also wish for drivers to have more respect for animals/ try not to hurt them(Watch where your drving)

cats and dogs. because they are playful and loving. exotic animal definitely would be a white wolf. they are beautiful creatures.

Wolves and hawks are my favorite animals
I love wolves because they're awesome, and I envy hawks because I've always wanted to soar on feathered wings through the air...*sigh*...
Nah, I wouldn't get one. They're better off in the wild than in my house, that's for sure.
