What is the name of the hotel with the rotating restaurant on top, near Navy Pier in Chicago?

It's now the "W" hotel, but it doesn't have a rotating restaurant on top of it anymore. Or at least the room where the restaurant was is still there but doesn't rotate.

Haven't paid much mind to it lately, but unless it has changed owners, it was a days inn.
