Sure is! Move it to your inbox.
I open my bulk folder, click "check all" then click "Move" and click "inbox". When it gets to my inbox, I check all again and click spam.
But, make sure you've read and deleted all your real email first.
Having your bulk folder delete daily will not stop the spam.
You must report it as spam. I went from like 100 a day to like 1 or 2.

No. The purpose of the Bulk Folder is to have a place where the SPAM appears. To many people have accidently marked something as SPAM that they did not mean to mark. If there was no bulk folder, then they could not get to the email to "unspam" it. So it is there are a safety feature (like your Recycle Bin).

Well no not really. Not with yahoo at least.. If you don't want spam, just delete your bulk folder and hope it doesn't show up in your inbox.

go to options of your webmail
then click on spam protection
then put a mark on the word that says " Immediately delete these messages upon receipt. (Note: If you choose this option, you will not be able to review the messages before they are deleted.)
"

in simple terms as a results of fact an digital mail shows that it fairly is from a Yahoo account would not recommend that it truthfully is. Spammers are very achieved programmers, and that they are in a position to make something look like something else.
