i think it is but not somthing i would listen to all the time. but i hear ity all ove the place and im starting to like it but i dont like her singing. lol well till me what u think .

"A Public Affair"? I like it. I'm definitely not the type to go around telling people I like a Jessica Simpson song b/c I think she's annoying, but at least I don't like Justin Timberlake's new robot-voice song or Paris Hilton's immitation of someone who can sing.
But the beginning of "A Public Affair" sounds like Madonna's "Holiday" so there are times when I just want to burst into Madonna's song when I hear Jessica Simpson's

actually i adore her song a lot! the video is more interesting than her song, but she has my support 100 percent. i just don't get why a lot of people are giving her a bad rep on her newest single after it's been released two weeks on the radio and a day on tv. okay so it may have a sample from madonna's "holiday", but come on people it's not like she used her whole music to sing on. i hope you guys remember when hilary duff copied the lyrics and the music format from the 80s song "our lips are sealed" and nobody ever talked about that. madonna even did a cover song from abba's "hung up" but used a club type music format.
i think people are just bashing on her single because of her breakup with nick lachey and a couple of racy scenes that she did in the video. does any pop artist do anything racy nowadays? i hope after this week there won't be so much negative press about her and her new single.

I saw the video the other day and I have to say I didn't mind the song at all even tho I fully expected not to.
The video wasn't the greatest by any means but yes, I think I can say I like the song.

I've heard it and I must admitt that it is kind of catchy!! But if you listen to it closely it sounds a lot like a song that Madonna did years ago. She swears that she didn't sample the song "Holiday" but I think she did. I have a feeling that her song is going to do well because of all the teeny boppers!!

no, it is stupid like all of her and her sisters songs. She ruined These Boots Are Made For Walking, that was an old classic and she made it sound awful, with her little baby talk sounding voice, is that supposed to be sexy or cute or what?

I've only heard a snippet of it from the video and I don't like it. I think she has those "celebrity friends" in her video just so people will watch it. How sad.

I don't really listen to American music artists as they all sound alike. Especially their women... they are really beautiful and sexy but cannot sing...
