Check and see if you ran over someone, they may be in need of Medical help.

Check the adjustment, get the drums machined, and saturns do not have frequent problems with the drums by nature. I've worked on many Saturns and pretty much my entire family has owned a Saturn at one point in time. When you're reversing out of the parking lot or whatever, brake sharply. This may help adjust the shoes to where they need to be. Our drums are self adjusting. It sounds like the shoes are just dragging, though. I just did the drums on my car (Older SL1) with no problem.

Check the adjustment on the pads. You may need to back off the adjuster nut a turn or so. The pads may be dragging.

You can also wait it out. It may be that the pads are dragging and will wear off in a few days.

Did you get the drums "turned", where they ream it out to an even surface? Did you install the shoes with the correct adjusment (check a manual for the procedure).

umm you should take it in. Saturns tend to have alot of break problems, so you might want to have it looked at!
