Well if your period was due the 14th and it is now the 21st and still nothing that right there is a good indication of pregnancy so yes either take a home pregnancy test or go and see a Dr. the white sticky discharge is usually produced during a hormone change which is another indication, if it smells funky that is a good indication too.

Do a home test or go see a Dr to be sure that's what it is an that there is nothing wrong

It doesn't sound like a pregnancy problem, but instead that you have a discharge that is a result of a possible infection. It is suggested that you see your doctor ASAP to be examined.
