Buy some acetone from wal-mart and soak them just like they would at the salon. That's what I did

Soak your fingers in acetone until nails are soft and then gently peal off. This may hurt a little and take a while for the gel to soften.

Remember to wash with soap and water after you are done to prevent your nails & hands from drying out further!

You can remove them yourself w/an acetone soak.
Between 20-30 minutes you should see how they are starting to come off.
