I am running out of room. Would it hurt either computer?

im an IT guy you should see my office i have 2 kvm's and computers on top of computers

Go for it and just make sure that the backs of the computers are ventilated.

Normally stacking computers is not a problem unless they are using cheap plastic cases which will crack givin enough weight.

just be concerned about cd drives
if you do that and your cd start to make wierd scratching sounds i would either rethink which one i put on top or just stand the computers horizontally

As long as you are not blocking any of the vents for air circulation through the CPU's, you should be fine.

no, as long as the case does not bend or anything dangerous.
The worst it could do is scratch your case
