Fifth Avenue Kids sounds to much like a "boy band". I'd go with the other one.

tell something about your band... i think you could do better than that, if i had a description of your band we might be able to come up with something better
if i had to choose between the 2.... the 4 a.m.'s... don't put kids in it! it sounds too "New Kids on the Block"-ish...

Well, "fifth avenue kids" reminds me of a name like "new kids on the block".... you will outgrow that one after a while. I say keep searching for something.
