well don't push them there .
it hurts because your body is telling you not to do it .
you could end up with testicular cancer if you don't leave them alone .

Guessing you are beyond the age when your 'nads should have dropped fully. It can happen to a lot of men when it's cold and/or if you are dehydrated (usually when sitting cross-legged) - there's also something to be said for pelvic exercises, that cause the muscles around the area to bulk and firm up, limiting access. I bit of pressure applied just above will get them to pop back down into the scrotum. If it is a continual problem tho' it can cause long-term problems, see your doctor, there's a minor surgical procedure to close off the area.

I have never heard of this before, maybe you should go to your doctor and have him check it out.
I understand there is s stigma about men going to the doctor regarding things like this
but
for you own health and safety you must get it checked out

Go to your doctor right away because you want to make sure it is nothing serious. You have to be careful too because that is a very delicate area and by them going in that direction may cause other complications. Please see a doctor and get sound and professional advice.

Stop pressing your nuts into your crotch and trying to walk.
What the hell is wrong with you? Leave those things alone, and get back to work.

Quit pressing on them. Leave them alone and they'll be fine.
