Dusty Baker from the Yardbirds original line up. He used the simpliest drum set and made the most of it. Also I am a big fan of John Bonham the drummer of Led Zeppelin. It looked like he was in a coma while soloing and it was incredible to watch. The jazz great Alvin Jones is also a classic. But it is all about preference.

Well, I like the one-armed drummer from Def Leppard, Neal Peart from Rush(I'm not sure his last name is spelled right) and the baddest female drum player to me is Sheila E.

The answer to this is Neil Peart, the drummer of Rush. If you need proof, listen to the live version of "YYZ" and you will know why.

I can only narrow it down to three: Keith Moon, Buddy Rich, or Sandy Nelson. If you haven't heard them all, you should. They were all great.
