Well, I assume you meant conductor and not condor, right ?
Under these circumstances and with the help of a little microprocessor which controls the current flow in the superconductor and can "see" your position in relation to the ceiling, it could be possible.
This idea was already used for high speed trains in Germany, the so called TransRapid.

I dont believe so, unless you were able to create the magnetic field from ALL directions equally.. but im not 100% on this one. I know you wouldnt hover with only magnets on you, they would have to be oriented correctly

yeah. for a while. then the magnets disturb the superconductors, and you just fall and stick to a very cold metal floor.
but for a while, you do just float

depends where you start, if EXACTLY in the middle, then yes, but if you're slightl in one direction then you will attract with that.
