Ok... you can either search yahoo for myspace backrounds or go to a website like www.myspacepimper.com and find a backround you like. then copy the code beneath it, go to ur home page on myspace, click edit profile and copy the code in any box... it doesnt matter where. Then save changes and it becomes the new backround.
For music in your profile u have to go to the top of your home page and click on the music link. then search for your fav. band, open their profile and find a song then click add.

you "add" your music from any myspace music page! click on the "add" icon next to the song!
you can make your background through any generator.......i use thomas' generator, simple and easy! : )

u go to ur home page click music and u get profile of different music pick what u like
