There is usually fiber withing such wash water from the various materials which is what is plugging your drain. You can greatly help by attaching a screen to the end of the hose that dumps the water into the washtub. Try a piece of the leg from an old pair of pantyhose---use several rubber bands very tightly wrapped to hold it on. You could also go to your local hardware store and Im sure they sell something made for just your problem.

Have you got the pipes connected in the correct place ie the outlet valve ?
Have you checked for blockages, if the dirty water is being blocked from getting into the sewers it will have nowhere to go but back in the machine.
Have you checked the pump isn't blocked or damaged it may not have the power to pump the water out
Have you cleared out all the fluff that accumulates in the machine the place to look is usually in the compartment just under the drum door

It sounds like the lint from the washer is getting into your drain and clogging it up. Go to the hardware store or even a grocery store and buy the metal mesh catcher that attaches to the end of the hose form the washer it will catch all of the stuff that is clogging your drains.
Plung out the drain for the tub and you should be fine.

I have the same problem. To fix it I will be modifying the drainage so that the tub is on a separate drain line from the washing machine.
It is basically a poor design and shouldn't be too costly to fix.

The flow on the waste pipe is either restricted, too long or too low causing back wash
