Be friendly with her first, ask several questions about various issues, after sometime include the question of sex, her views regarding it, let that day go down, look for some other opportunities for a deeper conversation, and look at her eyes and just give a naughty smile.If possible mix some shyness with it too.

You don't ask her, if the feelings are there, it will happen without the question being brought up. The feelings with sex have to be mutual. Relationships take time and nuturing if you want a good one. If you just want sex, you're on your own and can handle it yourself.
