just type any thing in to the space

Here's what u can do..
reboot the computer with a floppy or cd drive.
when u r at a:\ goto C:\WINDOWS\system32\config
delete or rename the file called SAM
take out the floppy or cd drive and reboot.
All ur username passwords will be gone...
u can ever login with administrator without any password.

try this, log in as the administrator with no password
user name- administrator
password-

most people dont put a password on that account
then once you are in you can change the password for the account you were trying to access by going into control panel user accounts

press F2 or F8 go into safe mode then go into users and ether delete password or u become computer administrator ...and make password u can remember...could be F6..not sure what (HP) u have...if compac it is F8

without password recovery agent you cannot by-pass the password.You will have to re-install the o/s

take it to a specialist they might be able to bypass that part so they can change the password or remove it

just hit enter or ok and it should let them in. ive had this happen too.
