i am not walking more or doing any work ..

Well, sorry to say, cardio is the best exercise form for weight loss.

You can dance, swim, run, walk, box, many options.

Make your exercise fun or do it with a friend of some sort. It's not all that bad once you get started.

You can also not spot reduce and you will lose body fat all over, not just at your abdominal region.

Some good exercises to build muscle in that are are:

For the lower abs, in increasing order of difficulty:

lying leg raises
reverse crunches
vertical lying leg thrusts
hanging knee raises
hanging leg raises
For the upper abs:

ab crunches
1/4 crunches
cross-knee crunches
pulldown crunches

As for food, stick to smaller portion sand then work your way up to replacing your meals with healthier foods. Lean meats, steamed or baked veggies with light seasoning for some taste, try some different fruits you've nevrhad before, low sugar foods, and drink lots of water. 8-10 glasses. But start with maybe two a day and again work your way up!

Drink 6-8 cups of water a day. You'll need the bathroom a lot at first but it will get better. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and exercise. Sit ups will give you stronger firmer stomach and push ups tone your arms. Walking is great I love it, get your heart pumping and drink water! Hope it helps!

If you don't want to change your lifestyle, don't expect results.

You drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no carrots
no corn
no bread
no rice

Simple aerobics, diet control and stretches would do the trick. But restart walking and working in the house. Leave that TV alone :). Cheers!

No fast food, soda caffeine. 3small heartily meals and 3 Small health snacks. to sit ups or crunches there are a variety or variations of them and they all work pretty good.

well all i would suggest is drink plenty of water and live on juices,fruits and vegetables.tat way u stay healthy and u lose a lot of weight.trust me ..it's worked before.

try sit -ups and palties , also be sure to eat fruits and vegetables.
