okay... theres this guy who always makes sucking noises and kissy faces when he sees me..... i don't really know him that well but today he can really close to me while we passed eachother in the hall and pucked out his lips.... is it normal to feel a certain.... um..... excitement in your lower body parts?

That's what's supposed to happen. You got aroused. Next time check your panties cause you might have gotten a little wet if that aroused you.
It's normal; nothing you should be embarrassed about. That's how the female body works. We feel that tingle, our body knows we are aroused and starts to lubricate itself. Nothing wrong with and you will experience it alot in our life.

A guy who makes "sucking noises" whenever he sees you?Eh??? Is he retarded? Is he a baby and just wants feeding? Not the most attractive thing a male can do, it will probably get him into deep trouble eventually if he does that to someone who has more brain cells than you. And you "feel EXCITEMENT"? Don't worry at all! I have the same problem. It is perfectly normal and ur not alone. As for the guy...... I'm not exactly sure that for HIM I would want that feeling (because instead I would bbe poisoning his food). But, hang in there. It is fine that you feel that and normal.
