Maybe you have a yeast infection, which has nothing to do with hygiene but has something to do with pregnancy as diffrent hormonal activities are taking place. You should go see your obgyn.

Any change in vaginal discharge (thickness, color, odor, etc.) should be checked out by a doc. I am 6 months pregnant and that has happened to me twice. (the paper-feeling fiber crap from my coo-coo). I would still go to the doctor but come to find out (in my case) that it was the beginning of a yeast infection, which is common in pregnancy.
Reason I tell you to get it checked out because it could be other things, like bacterial vaginosis, something you need to keep aware of during pregnancy. Ask your doc to check it out because they usually don't ask about VB...other diseases but not that. Also, it could be just your hormones producing more discharge than normal because of your pregnancy. Any number of things, who knows.
Nonetheless, get it checked out, could be something minor. But if it has a fishy/foul odor its definately an infection, and again ANY change in your "normal" vaginal discharge needs checking out by the doc. Think about your little one.

It is normal..it means that u are letting the discharge sit on ur panties too long and it is drying up on ur panties.. Thats what makes it hard and rough...Use a pantyliner to catch the discharge and change ur panties or pantiliners often.

no clue maybe don't take offence to this because its not ment to be offenive but maybe ur not cleaning down there throughly enough, i wudn't say its a sign of pregnancy i never experienced that before i had alot of discharge but it didn't actully go like hard and rough

I wouldn't say it was a sign of pregancy.It sounds like a yeast infection.
