i have a job interview today at 300 at the shoe store Champs Sports. i need some last minture advice. what should totally awesome customer service mean? how would i be a good sales person? What are qualities that salespersons possess?

- You are an enthusiastic person (smile, eye contact too)
- You don't let anything in your personal life interfere with your work
- You know that working hard and being able to work in a team is very important.
- Excellent customer service depends on the customer you are serving but you will always serve them to the best of your abilities. You think these situations can always be dealt with if you are patient, listen to what they are saying and prioritise.

Thats a sales job, so they are looking for people that get along well with other people. You should know your product, or be willing to learn a lot about it. And be able to communicate well with people to find out what they need and what you have that can meet their needs.
Just think about what kind of sales person you would like to meet in a store. Someone who is positive and polite, who speaks well, and who knows the products. If someone comes in and asks "whats the best basketball shoe for me?" you should know the answer, or be able to direct them to someone else in the store who does know.
