Much to the shame of a minority in my country (Colombia) the right wing, fundamentalist, corrupt, drug involved and blood thirsty Colombian governemnt is receiving millions and millions of your tax dollars in order to have our jungles cleared, our rivers poisoned, our peasants displaced, our local leaders killed and our younger students duped... and by so doing making sure that the crackheads in Wall Street and Hollywood get their weekly supply of crack, cocaine and heroine. You guys should do something about it, because for a Colombian to raise her/his voice is risky. I was lucky: I became a despised and much hated refugee, My colleagues were killed.
