Acidophilus. This bacteria culture in yougurt has been proven to fight illness, bolster the immune system and maintain healthy functioning of the digestive system. While I love cheese, not all cheese is created with a true culture, and differening cultured cheeses uses different cultures to achieve their tastes. No, if there is one best culture, it has to Acidophilus!
If you were asking about social cultures among humans, there is no answer as it is totally subjective. I prefer cultures that are a blending of other cultures such as what you find in the United States, but there is an equally valid argument that this blending leads to disharmony and strife. Every culture has its good points and bad points, the problem is few people agree on what is good and bad about each culture. It's too subjective.
If you make me pick, I'll take the culture of Antarctica (not being flippant). Since everyone there is involved in scientific research and sruvival, they are all united by a common goal and needs. In addition, research centered around Antarctica is nto terribly politically charged and thus not hotly (punny, no?) debated by the people there. Once the at gets north, then people argue about it more, but while in Antartica, the culture amongs groups is likely very good.

Jamaican Culture:
1. Friendly people
2. Don't beat around the bush
3. Will cuss you out in a minute and will not care
4. Family oriented
5. Actually have family dinner and spend time together.
6. Food is great
7. Reggae and Dance-hall music brings people together.
8. Children have manners and parents can actually discipline their children without fear.
9. Women aren't afraid to hit back a man if he touches her. yeah we bad like that!
10. The culture is diverse due to the the fact that there are so many races and cultures in Jamaica.

Definetly "INDIA"..
Harappa and Mohenjadaro is the very oldest civilizations in the world.. we people are from this civilization..
u can find people with good culture, respect to others, and the Hospitality availabel here is better than any other country..we have our own medicinal prospects..every thing we have of our own..
we follow the most wonderful married life of " ONE FOR ONE"
every thing is special about our country..
i am not telling this for a sake... just true. even most of the foreigners respect and love our culture..
INDIA is the only country which have less no of divorces and its the only country which have a joint familiy life..
arts and tech are the most notable things in INDIA ,, u cannot miss any thing..
a developing nation.. simply we are the only subcontinent in the world

Wow.....I didn`t know if there is any so called ``best culture``. If you ask which city or country is best to live, best food to eat,what clothes to wear...makes sense. I don`t think (eg;) a person from papua new guinea will say that he likes american culture. The point is this no matter which culture good or bad/worst a person follows..he shall say his culture is the best.

Turkish culture
I'll tell you why.
1. Good food
2. Warm family and friends
3. You don't have to worry about directions when visiting Turkey someone will always be willing to help you
4. Better then the U.S. even though I was born in the U.S.
5. NO BACK STABBING FRIENDS
6. No real fights between family and friends
7. Getting up in the morning and hearing the beautiful morning call for prayer.

i'm biased as is everyone else that is going to answer, but in any case i say indian culture...that practically takes into account every good/bad thing on this planet given India's diversity.

best culture ? i haven't seen every culture so i can't really say
but so far i think arabic and japanese are ok
(when it was followed 200 years ago, these days there aren't many people who truly follow the culture as it was followed)
