Kidneys are only removed from the body because they are not working and are causing harm to the rest of the body. By the way, a human can survive just fine with only one working kidney.

Some one needs a kidney and you donate. The adult needs to buy a new car, he sells his kidney. After many years of drinking kidney must be removed because it is toxic or not working.

If it gets infected and becomes toxic to that indidvidual. Or it is cancerous.
